I've never seen creativity and operations as separate work — or analysis as something that dulls instinct. In my world, data is another form of storytelling: the patterns that reveal what's really happening beneath the surface.

I've led marketing and brand teams across industries — luxury, real estate, design, tech, and consumer goods — building systems that make creativity measurable and growth sustainable. That means designing frameworks, defining metrics, and aligning teams around numbers that actually matter. It also means staying close to the work — rewriting copy, testing a landing page, pulling reports when the picture isn't clear enough.

Creativity without structure drifts. Structure without insight stalls. My job is to keep both moving.
